My name is Abby Yager, I am a sophomore at the University of Arkansas, from Little Rock, Arkansas. A place that I call home is the Kappa Kappa Sorority house where I currently live on campus with 102 other girls. This is home to me not only because it is just my house, but it is a place that I spend so much of my time at with friends and it means a lot to me. One of my personal interest or hobbies is cooking. I love cooking and coming up with new recipes! In high school, I actually had my own food blog where I posted food recipes I had made, and I actually received sponsorships from companies to promote their food on my blog. Since getting to college, I have had to take a break from cooking and my blog because I don’t have a kitchen, but I still love cooking and cant wait to pick it back up! I am majoring in Advertising/Public Relations. I chose this major because I’ve always wanted to do something with business but I always thought just “business” was boring. I never wanted to do finance, or accounting, or any of that. I thought that advertising and public relations is the more creative side instead of technical side for business. I have a lot of things I want to do in the future and I think this major will allow me to do a lot of things with it.
